About commercial roofing
We handle residential and commercial roofing, projects of all sizes. A lot of our commercial work is churches: steep brick sanctuaries, gables and bell towers, and church complexes with several roofs at once.
A missed flashing detail on a house is one leak. On a church or commercial building it can mean water over the pews or the inventory. That is why our process doesn't change with the size of the building: a real inspection, a written scope, one person accountable from start to finish.
For churches, the roof is often a decision for a board or a building committee. We give you what they need to decide: photos, a documented scope, an honest call between repair and replacement, and a price that stays put.
Commercial Roofing
When to call us about a larger roof
A worn or patched roof
Missing pieces, patch on patch, and repairs that don't hold anymore mean it's time for an honest assessment.
Leaks over a sanctuary or workspace
Water over a congregation, inventory or tenants needs the source found fast.
After a storm
Hail and wind damage on a large roof can mean a large claim. It needs documentation your insurer can read.
Planning a capital project
If a committee is budgeting for a roof, a documented needs assessment gives them real numbers to work from.
Step by step
How a commercial project goes

Needs assessment by appointment
We meet you on site, look at the roof and the interior, and document what we find with photos.
A written scope and an honest call
You get a written scope with materials and colors spelled out, and a plain recommendation: repair, partial replacement or full replacement.
One project manager, permits pulled
A named project manager runs the job from start to finish, and we pull the permits your municipality requires.
Staging and safety on steep roofs
Steep slopes and steeples mean harnesses and, where needed, a crane to land materials on the roof. The site is protected before tear-off starts.
Progress photos and close-out
You get progress photos during the work and a close-out package with photos and warranty registration at the end.

Questions
Commercial Roofing: straight answers.
More in the full questions & answers, or call (484) 647-7466.
Do you work on churches?
Yes. Several of our re-roofs have been churches, including steep brick sanctuaries, gables with bell towers and multi-building church complexes. You can see some of them on this page.
What kinds of commercial roofs do you take on?
We handle residential and commercial projects of all sizes, on shingle and flat roofs, and much of our commercial work is steep-slope re-roofs on churches and large buildings. Call and describe the building, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.
Can you give our building committee something in writing?
Yes. You get a documented scope with photos and a plain recommendation, and the quote is good for 30 days, so your committee has time to meet and decide.
Can you help with an insurance claim on a large building?
Yes. We document the damage, attend the adjuster meeting at no charge, work closely with public adjusters, and submit supplements for hidden damage before you pay for it.
How do you protect the building and grounds?
We tarp and protect the site before tear-off, use a crane to land materials where the roof calls for it, and sweep the grounds with a magnet when the work is done.
Are you insured for commercial work?
We're a PA-registered home improvement contractor (HIC #201201), insured for general liability and workers' compensation, and glad to send certificates before you sign.
